Who We Are

  Regina Hudson, born and raised and resident of Springfield, MA and CEO of Hudson Financial Strategies, LLC has a mission to inspire families to gain financial freedom and build generational wealth.   

With a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, Regina began her work in the financial industry eight years ago as a financial aid advisor for Western New England University and Springfield Public Schools. Working in the financial aid roles, Regina noticed a severe need for financial literacy education. A year later, Regina gained her insurance licenses and credit counselor certification and began educating families on financial wellness.   

As a nationally certified credit counselor from the National Association of Certified Credit Counselors, Regina conducts credit score and financial literacy seminars virtually and in-person for the community.   

With her experience in insurance, credit, and the homebuying process, Regina found it necessary to help families buy and sell real estate, one of the biggest investments a family can make.  In April 2021, Regina became a licensed realtor in Massachusetts and Connecticut with Executive Real Estate.  Regina was recognized in February 2022 as a Bronze President’s Awardee for her real estate service and sales.   

Regina Hudson’s goal is to educate and put families in better positions to help build generational wealth within the Black and Latino communities. A certified credit counselor, licensed life insurance agent and realtor, Regina enjoys being a reliable financial advocate.  On her downtime, you can find Regina spending time with her son and family, or volunteering within the community.
